I just started at Cutco and im a little bit nervous?
Has anyone worked here before?
In Canada you only have to pay for the sample set which is 99 dollars.
And included in that you get the cutting board,super shears,peeler,table knife and a big knife and something else.
Regardless apperently im guarenteed 17.50 per person I interview which I mean door to door if i can get people to listen for 45 minutes of there time I could earn alot right.
I earn 17.50 regardless if the customer buys or not.
But is it legit?
And is it an alright side job?
You will be surprised. You did not read the "fine print". The $17.50 is called "base pay".... but you won't earn that for every 45 minute appointment. You have to sell the knives to earn any money.
The company earns its money by selling the $99 sample sets. You wanted a job and now you have become a customer. You bought some knives and cutting board that cost them $12 to make.
